Account and User Responsibilities

All users must:

  • Use real information when creating your account
  • Keep your login details and account information safe and private
  • Immediately report any unauthorized account access
  • Not share your account with others
  • Be honest and provide accurate information
  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to hack or misuse our systems
  • Understand we may close accounts that violate these rules
  • Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Job seekers must:

  • Provide true work history and skills
  • Submit authentic resumes
  • Participate honestly in evaluations
  • Maintain professionalism during assessments

Employers must:

  • Post accurate job descriptions
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
  • Comply with all hiring laws and regulations
  • Conduct fair and unbiased evaluations

How Our AI Works

You understand that:

  • AI is just a tool to help with decisions
  • Employers make the final hiring choices
  • AI results may vary and should be used with other methods
  • AI isn't perfect for every situation

Your Content

  • You own what you upload
  • Don't copy or share others content without permission
  • We own the rights to Talt itself and any improvements we make

Privacy and Security

  • We protect your data
  • You're responsible for what you share

  • You must follow privacy laws
  • We may check how Talt is being used

Changes We Can Make
